At Juicy Lucy, we know you’re excited to get your hands on your latest look—whether it’s for an early morning workout or a stylish night out. That’s why we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 PM AEST (Monday to Friday) on the very same day.
If your order is placed after 12 PM, or over the weekend or on a QLD Public Holiday, don’t worry—we’ll have it packed and on its way by the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send your tracking number directly to the email you provided at checkout so you can follow its journey from our place to yours.
Please note: Estimated delivery timeframes don’t include dispatch time. During peak periods, sales, or promotional events, dispatch may take a little longer—but we’ll always do our best to get your Juicy Lucy pieces to you as quickly as possible.

To make sure your Juicy Lucy parcel lands safely in your hands, some delivery methods do require a signature upon arrival.
If your order does require a signature, we recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available Monday to Friday, such as a work address or secure reception area.
Please note: If you choose to authorise a Signature Release (e. g. , “Leave at Door” or “Safe Drop”) with your carrier, Juicy Lucy and the delivery provider are not liable for any lost or stolen parcels once they’ve been marked as delivered.
For International Standard Shipping, packages are typically delivered with authority to leave and do not require a signature.
We want your Juicy Lucy goodies to get to you without a hitch! But depending on where you’re located, customs charges or import duties may apply.
Before ordering, we recommend checking the customs and import regulations in your country to see if any extra fees may apply when your order arrives.
For our customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom—great news! All taxes and duties are already included in the product price, so no extra costs at the door.
Estimated delivery times on our site don’t include delays due to customs processing or holds. If your order seems to be taking longer than expected, we suggest contacting your local customs office or shipping provider first.
