Returns Policy

At Juicy Lucy, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth, stylish, and stress-free. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you make it right—with clarity, fairness, and flexibility.

1. Returning for Store Credit

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your items for a Juicy Lucy Store Credit. Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
  • If you used a discount code, your store credit will reflect the final amount paid (after discount).
  • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the issue date.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in original condition—unworn, unwashed, unscented, and free from makeup, fake tan, and stains.
  • Tags must be attached, and hygiene liners intact on all swimwear.
  • Swimwear must be tried on over underwear.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box inside a protective postal bag.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items (unless defective or faulty)
  • Lingerie, socks, earrings, or tanning products (unless faulty)

Any item that doesn’t meet these standards will not be accepted, and you will be notified.

3. Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Juicy Lucy is not liable for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

4. Return Portal & Outcome Confirmation

Once you’ve submitted a return request through our returns portal, we cannot change the outcome. By submitting, you confirm the following:

“I have reviewed and confirmed the outcome and selections made on the return portal for my return request. “

5. International Returns

International customers, please follow these steps:

  • Submit your return request via our Returns Page.
  • You’ll receive our return address details and must cover the return shipping cost.
  • Ensure your return includes tracking.

Store credits will be issued in Australian Dollars (AUD).

6. Afterpay Returns

Returns for orders paid via Afterpay will be credited with store credit for the returned item(s). Your Afterpay installments will continue until the full original purchase price is paid.

7. Guest Checkout Returns

If you checked out as a guest:

  • Use your order number and email via the ‘SUBMIT A RETURN’ button.
  • Once your return is processed, a store credit will be issued to your email address.
  • You’ll need to register for a Juicy Lucy account using that email to access your credit.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Think you received a faulty or incorrect item? Let us know ASAP!

  • Email support@juicylucy.au with 2–3 clear photos of the fault.
  • If confirmed faulty, we’ll provide a free return label and offer a refund, store credit, or direct replacement.

Please note: Damage from wear and tear or incorrect washing is not covered.

9. Processing Returns

All returns are processed at our Australian warehouse. Once your return arrives:

  • Please allow 3–4 business days for processing.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your store credit is issued.
  • During peak periods, allow a little extra time.

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item:

  • Return your original item for store credit.
  • Use your credit to place a new order.

11. Sale Items

All items marked under our ‘Sale’ section are final sale. These items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless confirmed as faulty.

12. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date your order was placed to return an item.

13. Track My Return

If you’re using a prepaid label through our returns portal, track your parcel using your tracking number here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/beta/track/search

14. How Do I Return an Item?

Returning your Juicy Lucy item is easy:

  • Click ‘SUBMIT A RETURN’ at the top of our page OR
  • Log in to your Juicy Lucy account and click ‘Return Items’ next to your order.

As long as your return complies with our Returns Policy, store credit will be issued to your account.
